Returns & Complaints

If you would like to return or exchange a purchase, or report damage, contact us so that we can provide the required instructions.

Return or exchange period

A return or exchange request may be submitted within seven days of purchase. The product should be returned in its original packaging with the web order number, fiscal receipt number and completed returns form.

Submitting a claim

Clearly describe the reason for the return, defect or damage in the form. We will inform you of the outcome within eight days after receiving the claim.

Damage during delivery

Claims for transport damage are accepted within seven days of receiving the parcel. If damage is visible upon delivery, do not accept the shipment without having the damage recorded and request a report from the courier.

Exceptions

BIHEXO d.o.o. (Berberović) is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unsuitable care or handling contrary to the product care instructions.
