Purchase Conditions

The following conditions explain how to order, how delivery works and which payment methods are available in the Berberović online shop.

Placing an order

Select a product on its product page and add it to your shopping bag. Before confirming, you can review the selected items, quantities, prices, delivery charge and total. An order is received once you complete checkout and choose a payment method.

Prices shown for Bosnia and Herzegovina are in convertible marks (BAM) and include VAT. International storefront prices are displayed in euros where applicable. Products correspond to the descriptions and specifications on their product pages.

Delivery in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Delivery is free for orders above 300 BAM. Please allow one to three business days for order processing and normally one to two further business days for delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Products are packed to protect them during normal transport. Inspect the parcel upon receipt. Report visible damage to the courier immediately and request a damage report. If a parcel does not arrive within the expected period, contact us so we can investigate its status.

International delivery

Available destinations, delivery charges and any applicable customs option are shown during the international ordering process. Import taxes and duties depend on the destination and selected delivery terms; see our Customs & Duties page for details.

Card payment

Supported Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards can be used through the secure Monri payment system. You will be directed to the payment provider’s protected page and, where applicable, your bank’s 3-D Secure confirmation. Berberović does not receive your complete card details.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible deliveries within Bosnia and Herzegovina and is payable in convertible marks. The courier may telephone the recipient to arrange delivery.
