Purchase Conditions

ORDERING
The customer orders products via an electronic order form. A customer is anyone who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required details, and submits the order. All prices are in Convertible Marks (KM), including VAT. Products are ordered electronically by selecting a product and adding it to the cart. The order is placed when the customer selects and confirms the payment method. Berberović online shop guarantees the quality of its products. All products are original brands and meet the specifications listed on the webshop.


DELIVERY
Delivery is free for all orders over 300 KM. Ordered items are packaged to prevent damage during normal handling.
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the shipment and report any damage to the delivery person immediately. If the customer does not receive the goods or delivery notification within the expected timeframe, they may inform the seller so that measures are taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement. If the customer refuses to accept the ordered goods, the seller may seek reimbursement for delivery costs. The seller commits to dispatch the order once online transaction confirmation is received.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, and 1–2 business days for delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment by card is processed via Monri system. You can pay using VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, or MasterCard. After selecting your card type, you will be directed to the bank’s 3D Secure page to enter your details. Monri (UniCredit Bank) guarantees 100% secure transactions. Personal data is never accessible to third parties; your card data is protected by advanced SSL encryption (128/256‑bit).


Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery, payment is made in cash (KM) upon delivery. This option is available throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. If the recipient cannot accept the shipment, they must inform us of an address change. The courier will contact the recipient by phone before each delivery to coordinate receipt.
