Returns & Complaints

If you wish to return or exchange a purchased item, you may do so within 7 days of purchase.

When filling out the return form, you must include the order number from the web receipt and the fiscal receipt number. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with a completed return form describing the damage.

BIHEXO d.o.o. (Berberović) is not liable for damage caused by improper use. We accept shipping damage claims within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. If damage is visible upon receipt, the customer must return the shipment and request a damage report from the courier.
