RECLAMATIONS

In case you want to return or exchange the purchased item, you can do so in 7 days from receiving the goods. The Return form is available on the following link:

Upon filling out the Return form, it is mandatory to provide the order number from the online order confirmation as well as the Invoice number. Items are to be returned in their original packaging with the Return form included, describing in detail the damage/fault in the item. You will be informed of the reclamation status within 8 days from receipt of reclamation.

BIHEXO d.o.o. (Berberović) is in no way liable for damages that occurred during inappropriate use of the item. Reclamation of items damaged during transport will be accepted in 7 days from receipt of parcel. Reclamations after that period will not be accepted. In the case of damages being noticeable
upon receipt of the parcel, the Buyer will return the goods immediately, and request a Report of Damages from the delivery person.
